I’m a homeschooling mom of two entering my second year at C.O.V.E. I graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn with my Bachelors in Elementary and Special Education as well as English. After graduating from Oakland University, I obtained a Masters in Special Education focusing on students with emotional and behavioral disorders. Previously, I taught special education in public schools for over a decade, primarily at the elementary level but also secondary. My passion is to help instill a love of learning through inquiry and questioning in each child as we learn more about content and Christ. My kids and I love learning through exploration and field trips! In my free time, I love to read, bake, garden, and explore Michigan.
